2. Business Listings and Events

Businesses located in Marton with a physical address are eligible for free listings and unlimited event submissions on www.martonincleveland.uk.
Businesses outside of Marton can add their business to the directory for an annual fee of £25. Once listed, they are entitled to submit unlimited events for free.
Business listings allow customers to leave reviews, both positive and negative. These reviews will not be removed unless there is a genuine and valid reason deemed acceptable by the platform's admin team.
Any request for the removal of reviews must be submitted via email to admin@martonincleveland.uk for consideration by the admin team.
All businesses listed on the directory, whether located in Marton or outside of Marton, have a 14-day cancellation period after payment during which they are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cancellation period expires.

3. User Responsibilities

Users submitting event details, business listings, or reviews are solely responsible for the accuracy, relevance, and legality of the information provided.
Users agree to verify all information independently before acting on it.

Misuse of the platforms, including the submission of false, offensive, or inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited.
