Hello! I'm Julie Montgomery, and I have live in Middlesbrough, N Yorkshire. I've been a ZINtm Member since Feb 2014 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple; Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr. Classes are £4 per session. Come and join me, I guarantee you will have a blast!

Tai Chi - Advanced

T’ai Chi Ch’uan “Lee Style” T’ai Chi is almost 3000 years old and is the most popular T’ai Chi in the world. This style is known as ‘the family style’ due to its gentle, flowing movements. It is suitable for all ages and levels of mobility.

Tuesday Toddlers

At St Cuthberts Church

Our Tuesday Toddlers group is for all pre-school children and their carers. We start at 9:30am in the big hall in our Parish Centre. There are lots of games, toys and space to run and play. We have a break with a snack, and finish with songs and an interactive bible story time. This is a really popular group and gets busy. We would love to see you and please introduce yourself if you come along for the first time.
